Receptionist

We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and organization within our workspace. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Manage and answer multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication within the office.
• Maintain and organize common areas and meeting spaces to provide a detail oriented and clean environment.
• Provide high-level customer service, resolving inquiries and providing assistance where necessary.
• Handle email correspondence in a detail oriented manner, ensuring all communications are answered timely and effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to organize files and manage data.
• Schedule appointments, managing the calendars of office personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage in various projects and clerical work as needed to support the overall function of the office.
• Use your interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
