Your Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Manager! The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple teams of service managers and technicians, ensuring quality service delivery to our clients, and driving growth for our company.
As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for ensuring their team functions effectively, operates efficiently and maintains the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The Branch Manager Duties are as follows:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable service managers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed, while motivating the team and adhering to company core values.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations by maintaining knowledge of state and federal standards and monitoring regulatory compliance.
- Build a purpose-driven culture by engaging the team through celebrations, team-building activities, and recognizing successes, working with HR to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.
- Monitor and analyze the branch's financial performance and budget, ensuring expenses are controlled.
- Oversee daily service activities, ensuring appointments are completed on time and according to company standards.
- Facilitate weekly training and monthly branch meetings at our Fort Lauderdale and Doral offices, ensuring all staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor technician routes, ensuring a minimum 98% completion rate monthly.
- Conduct inspections, including monthly vehicle inspections and in-field training, as well as reviewing service tickets and notes for quality control.
- Actively participate with recruiter in interviewing, hiring, and training efforts as well as any onboarding requirements
- Encourage lead submission to the sales department and facilitate continual training for all teams.

Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Manager is required (must be listed on resume to include the company)
- Florida Certified Pest Control Operator (Preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain pest management and other certifications and licensures as needed
- Pest Control experience (4 years required)
- Sales Management (Preferred)
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Working knowledge of pest control products, equipment, and techniques
- Must be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces including attics and crawl spaces as necessary
- Exceptional People Development skills, with a proven track record of leadership development of others, to include field evaluations, addressing coaching opportunities and training
- Inspirational leadership skills, with experience in developing and maintaining a positive culture to drive a successful team towards accomplishing goals
- Superior operational leadership skills, with experience in managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement
- High level of recognizing and developing talent, when recruiting, selecting and training, of all service staff, including management
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
What to Expect During the Hiring Process:After submitting your application, our Recruiter may reach out to you to conduct an initial phone screening. Qualifying candidates will then be invited to a zoom interview followed by an in-person interview with our External Operation Manager.
