We are seeking a highly analytical and detail
  • oriented Management Consultant
  • Financial Management to join our team.
The Management Consultant
  • Financial Management will support the OCIO Resource Management Office (RMO) by providing program management, financial analysis, process integration, change management, and reporting services.

This mid-level position focuses on improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth financial and organizational processes.

  • Program Management:
  • Assist in planning and documenting strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Support the preparation of Annual Operating Plans, resource utilization plans, and financial models.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for leadership and steering committees.
  • Change Management:
  • Provide support for organizational change efforts, including process re-engineering.
  • Assist with business analysis and development of process improvement recommendations.
  • Process Integration:
  • Analyze and recommend process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Develop visuals and materials related to procurement, budget processes, and financial trends.
  • Communications:
  • Assist in preparing and tracking Customer Funding Agreements (CFAs) and ensure accurate monthly billing.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure smooth financial reporting and communications.
  • Reporting:
  • Compile and upload monthly billing data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support financial reconciliations and provide analysis on program costs and telecom usage.
  • Assist with budget documentation and reporting for audits and fiscal planning.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, program management, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience with budget planning, financial reporting, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of program/project management methodologies and experience with change management or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling tools) and experience with enterprise systems (e.g., PRISM, DELPHI, or other financial management platforms).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or with government agencies (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with federal budgeting processes or working capital funds is a plus.

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
