Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for preparing paperwork for loads and shipments.
  2. Responsible for preparing bill of ladings.
  3. Responsible for the accuracy of paperwork including bill of ladings.
  4. Responsible for audit counts and counts of incoming loads.
  5. Responsible for data entry and clerical responsibilities as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate records and inventory.
  7. Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the Goals of the Department and the Plant.
  8. Promotes Safety by following all Plant Safety rules and reports violations and unsafe practices to appropriate Management Personnel.
  9. Responsible for Inventory Accuracy in the facility and accuracy in the JDE System.
  10. Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must follow and know all GMP procedures.
  2. Must be able to work safely and follow Safety Rules and Procedures.
  3. Must be able to identify and report violations and unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel.
  4. Must be able to wear protective clothing such as hair net, uniform, steel toe shoes, gloves short-sleeved shirt, beard-nets and earplugs.
  5. Must be able to effectively respond in an emergency situation such as Fire, and Accident and direct the activities of others.
  6. Must be able to follow all Department procedures and directives.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP:

Reports to Warehouse Manager

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High School diploma along with 1-2 years experience in the Warehouse field is preferred.
  2. Ability to work well with others
  3. Must have good work habits
  4. Self-motivated
  5. Multi-task orientated
  6. Attention to detail
  7. Work with minimal supervision
