Accounts Receivable Specialist (Hospitality Experience Preferred)
Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining financial records. Hospitality industry experience is a plus, as the role involves handling client accounts and processing transactions related to hotel or service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage incoming payments, ensuring they are posted to the correct accounts.
- Reconcile A/R accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update client account information.
- Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or billing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
