Job Description- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects
- Ensure quality control and resolve any arising issues or delays
- Review and comprehend contract documents and drawings
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain a clean and safe site
- Document daily construction activities and progress
- Manage construction schedules and project budgets
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- DOB License ideally
- Will be commutable to all 5 boroughs
- Ground up residential (preferably high-rise) project experience
- Proficiency in construction software programs
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Superior leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Construction Management, Engineering or Achitecture degree desired but not essential
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $145,000, based on experience
