work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Process customer orders with 100% accuracy and verifies product sold is at the current price
- Manage orders for timely processing of sales orders
- Manage and respond to a high volume of daily emails
- Manage foreign to US orders and shipments
- Generate export shipping documentation
- Research and process RMAs for damages, shortage and returns
- Review daily open order report and case pack report to ensure orders flow timely
- Order Processing (3 years of experience is required)
- RMA Processing (3 years of experience is required)
- Order Management (3 years of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 5 years
- Experience level: Experienced
