The Senior Credit Analyst will review new customer credit applications, complete the account setup in Netsuite, and review reports as well as customer financial statements to determine creditworthiness and assign credit limits. They will also evaluate credit lines on existing accounts and orders on hold for release throughout the day, send credit card links and charge credit cards, assist with payment processing, support the team with delinquency reduction and loss minimization through collection calls and emails with our customers, and dispute identification and management.

• Process customer credit applications
• Follow up with assigned past due accounts in a timely and consistent manner
• Review held orders and facilitate prompt release and shipment
• Review new customer credit applications following department guidelines
• Pull reports, review pay history, and request financial statements when needed to complete a new credit review.
• Document data and note recommendations/approvals in credit maintenance notes.
