Provide administrative and operational support to the Head - Client Solutions.

- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for the team.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.

- Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
