Overview:
A busy entrepreneur is seeking a rockstar staff chief of staff/estate manager to help organize their life and properties. The position will be based out of Miami, although mostly remote, with the possibility of some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Organization
- Review P&L's, expenses, inventory and purchasing
- Book all travel arrangements
- Estate Management - managing household staff, hiring/firing, and keeping the property guests ready.
- Anticipating needs and foreseeing issues
- Event planning
- Various errands
- Project management
- Familiarity with local restaurants/hotels (knowledge of other major cities worldwide is also a plus)

- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

- Strong Dropbox skills and experience
- Travel will be required if and when necessary
- Long-term 5-year commitment required
