Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of goods.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and team morale.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent discrepancies and maintain stock integrity.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, conduct regular safety training, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
