Role and Responsibilities
Mr. Davids Flooring International, LLC is seeking an organized, experienced contract administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts and maintaining up-to-date project data. You must keep track of and assist in reviewing all documentation, key milestones, and communications involved in the lead-up, duration, and conclusion of a contract.As a contract administrator, you will ensure that all parties adhere to their agreed requirements and report on progress.
Contract Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor contract deadlines to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant information has been met
- Ability to complete time sensitive objectives with minimal supervision
- Provide contract summaries to ensure contract execution is in accordance with company policies
- Review contracts for ambiguities and compliance with language guidelines
- Obtain contract related information from relevant parties
- Ability to share and clarify contract processes, conditions, and details with management and employees
- Maintain up-to-date project specific insurance requirements
- Assists with audits, reviews, research, and negotiation support for compliance and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve specific contract issues with guidance from senior contract staff
- Research existing agreements for compliance, performance, and issues resolution
- Works closely with sales force, legal department, and customer service on an ongoing basis
- Develop and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal and external clients
- Ability to identify potential contract risks
- Ensures contracts are complete and accurate
- Respond to questions from customers and other internal departments on any aspect of contracts
- Performs other functions as needed
Contract Administrator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related field
- 3 years previous experience as a Contract Administrator, HR Representative, Business Administrative, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with Salesforce is a bonus
