Ground Transportation Marketing Manager
Overview:

As a Senior-Level Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key carrier partners, evaluating client risk, and overseeing a range of marketing and quote analysis activities, with our Ground Transportation Division.You will be responsible for driving strategic marketing efforts that optimize pricing and coverage for our clients. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of insurance markets, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail in all stages of policy submissions and renewals.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor a team, implement process improvements, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to secure favorable rates, terms, and placements. Strategically align carrier targets with Capstone's business goals while staying ahead of market changes and competition.
- Evaluate client risk and loss history to determine optimal market placements. Lead and execute renewal strategies for complex or high-value accounts to ensure client retention and coverage continuity.
- Prepare and submit account applications on time, managing a pipeline of new and renewal business. Address carrier inquiries and ensure timely processing of all required documentation.
- Lead negotiations on rates and policy terms to balance client needs, market conditions, and carrier requirements. Review incoming quotes to identify and address issues early in the process.
- Mentor marketing associates and drive process improvements by enhancing workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in insurance marketing or a related field, with expertise in carrier relationships, risk assessment, and policy renewals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience analyzing complex data to provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in insurance software and tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
