Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to develop a web application that enhances system functionality. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Angular, .NET, Azure Cloud, and full-stack development following SCRUM methodologies and County development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using Angular (v14+) and .NET (v6.0+)
• Build backend services and APIs using C#
• Utilize Azure Cloud Services for application deployment and management
• Create reusable, self-contained modules and responsive UI components
• Implement unit testing for Angular and .NET applications
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and intelligent design principles

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Angular (v14+), .NET Core, and C#
• 2+ years working with Azure Cloud Services
• Strong expertise in Entity Framework, LINQ, ASP.NET, MVC, Bootstrap, and jQuery
• Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Knowledge of SCRUM framework, DevOps practices, and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and object-oriented software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing applications for mobile and tablet devices
• Strong background in coding best practices, code reviews, and documentation
