The Opportunity: IST is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented white glove customer service individual who can provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred

Hourly Compensation: $15.00-16.00 USD per hour, DOE. Bonus opportunities available

Responsibilities:

The Office Service Specialist will work with the on-site IST Management team to provide white glove service to our customer and their guests.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Operating mailing, copy, scanning and fax equipment
  • Managing the conference center
  • Shipping & Receiving functions
  • Inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player and are willing to train!

Other qualifications include:

  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Excellent attendance - reliable; Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Microsoft Windows experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
