Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
- Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
- Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
- Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs

The Successful Applicant
The successful Proejct Manager will have the following experience:
- 10+ years of Commercial or Retail construction experience on projects $2M+ is a non negotiable
- Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
- Basic knowledge of project management Software
- A mature professional with excellent judgment.
- A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail
- Candidates local to the Raleigh area preferred
