The Account Director is responsible for leading and managing client relationships and strategies on behalf of SINE, with the support of a wider media and industry specialist internal team. Ensuring that all activity is effective and delivered on time, in-line with broader marketing campaigns.

You will lead and support full funnel media strategies for all your key clients, as well as supporting new business opportunities through strong client management, network expansion and pitching. Youll work closely within the senior management team to create the optimum conditions to achieve shared business, team, client goals and objectives.

You will demonstrate effective leadership, be able to build, maintain and grow exceptional client relationships, with a strong commercial flair.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own and develop relationships with new and existing clients by acting as a strategic partner and representative of SINE across all channels and services including paid media, SEO, CRM, and Data & Insights.
  • Manage revenue line and forecasts for select clients, working with media teams to identify opportunities in and outside of the scope of work.
  • Understand client businesses, objectives, challenges and evolving needs (e.g. industry trends or requirements to provide recommendations to both clients and internal teams regarding the development of appropriate services and technology), and craft tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Construct and own contractual and commercial agreements for your clients, working with the wider team to ensure SLAs and commercials are in line with business objectives.
  • Effectively brief SINE teams across US and UK to ensure we deliver against client strategic goals. Analyze briefs and clearly unpack opportunities and objectives, translating these to the wider team to ensure SINEs response is relevant and strategic.
  • Actively support the Channel Directors and teams with strategic planning, reporting and budget management for campaigns, including opportunities for testing and applied learnings.
  • Keep up to date with future client projects and ensure SINE is top of mind upcoming opportunities and projects.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by continuous networking and conducting market research.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with potential clients, working to understand their needs and educate them in SINEs proprietary approach, products and expertise.
  • Lead on developing proposal decks and pitching campaigns to potential clients.
  • Continually monitor client fee income and profitability vs targets, and contribute to financial planning with the Senior Management team
  • Represent SINE at various industry conferences and events, building the companys presence and network.

About you:

  • Strategic campaign management experience, ideally within the live entertainment sector
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and working across paid media platforms, channels, and ad formats.
  • Highly strategic approach to full-funnel campaign planning and management, with an appreciation for the broader media mix.
  • Strong strategic and analytical planning skills, with a track record of successful problem-solving.
  • Confidence in communicating with a broad range of key stakeholders, anticipating client needs and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders to ensure best outcomes on behalf of SINE and our clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset, adept at navigating change and ambiguity.
  • Commercially savvy mindset, with experience monitoring client fee income and profitability.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to re-prioritise as required, work with extreme accuracy and meet targets and deadlines.

  • A competitive salary between $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
  • 24-day PTO per year, excluding Federal Holidays, which will increase with length of service at one additional day per year, capped at 3 days (plus extra time off over the Christmas period)

Location:

Our New York office is based in the heart of Time Square. We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
