General Office Clerk

As a General Office Clerk, you will be instrumental in facilitating office functions, providing back office support, and ensuring all customer service interactions are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately count and record votes during after-hours meetings.
• Enter vote data into a designated database to maintain accurate records.
• Utilize basic office equipment and software to complete tasks.
• Provide administrative support to office functions as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
• Maintain high levels of organization to ensure smooth office operations.
• Utilize basic office skills to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide back-office support to other team members as required.
• Ensure all customer applications are processed accurately and efficiently. • Must possess basic office skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong customer service skills required
• Experience with administrative office tasks and back office support is a plus
• Familiarity with basic office equipment is desired
• Knowledge of general office functions necessary
• No minimum years of experience required, open to entry-level candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
