Client Services Representative

Our esteemed client in Fallbrook is in need of a determined and reliable Client Services Representative. Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Create and present timely reports on client interactions to management.
• Assist the sales team in nurturing leads and closing sales.
• Skillfully manage and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities and feedback gathered through field activity to management.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
