Digital Marketing Manager
Overview:
Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU) is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is integral to enhancing our digital presence and engaging current and prospective members through strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate will have expertise in email marketing, digital and social media marketing, and graphic design to drive our brand’s visibility and success in a competitive financial industry.
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and achieves campaign objectives
- Optimize email templates for maximum engagement and conversion rates
- Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising
- Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Optimize campaigns to meet lead generation, engagement, and conversion goals
- Create and implement social media strategies to increase NWFCU’s online presence and social media engagement
- Develop and schedule compelling content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, fostering a positive brand image
- Design and produce engaging digital assets, including email templates, social media graphics, web banners, and infographics
- Collaborate with the department to create visuals that align with NWFCU’s brand identity and marketing goals
- Manage and maintain the design library to ensure consistency across campaigns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with organizational objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices
- Provide recommendations to enhance NWFCU’s digital footprint and member experience
- Remains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, social media, and graphic design
- Proficiency in marketing tools
- Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, social media analytics, and campaign performance tracking
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative thinking and approach to problem solving
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work effectively on-site in our Herndon, VA headquarters and equally effectively remotely
- Must be able to work the hours of M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
- Financial services or credit union marketing experience
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics
