Data Entry Clerk

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in our team during a significant software transition phase.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data from diverse sources into a new software system
• Analyze, extract, and handle relevant information from extensive datasets using Microsoft Excel
• Convert, prepare, and split PDF/ZIP files for importing into the new software
• Maintain the integrity of the data being migrated and ensure all data are transferred correctly and accurately
• Review data for potential errors and make necessary corrections
• Perform tests to confirm successful data migration
• Cooperate effectively with the team to meet project deadlines
• Provide administrative support as required
• Manage confidential information with discretion
• Maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods and ensure the accuracy of the work complete
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in data entry
• Excellent skills in email correspondence
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience in organizing files in a methodical and systematic manner
• Must have excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in handling and managing PDF files
