We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to join our team in the retail industry, located in Manhattan Beach, California. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our organization, handling a variety of tasks related to customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain and update the customer credit records in our CRM system
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
  • Cross-reference event orders, agendas, and transportation schedules for accuracy
  • Handle rooming lists and perform mail merge tasks
  • Manage files and data, including budgets, rooming, and registration data
  • Use accounting software systems for financial tasks and data management
  • Utilize Concur, Aventri, Cvent, and Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
  • Carry out app programming tasks as required.
This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with Concur, CRM, and Dentrix Dental Software
  • Knowledge of About Time software
  • Familiarity with accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to manage and answer inbound calls effectively
  • Experience with CVENT software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
