Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities- Resume Review: Evaluate and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- Phone Screens: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating updates and feedback.
- HR Support: Assist with additional HR activities, including onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
