The industry we operate in is demanding and fast-paced, thus the need for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can proficiently use NetSuite and has skills in balance sheet reconciliation, equity accounting, and month-end close activities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the compliance of journal entries as per audit requirements including document review
• Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations for audit readiness, including Equity, Debt, AR, and other accounts.
• Providing assistance for audit and PBC items to ensure smooth and timely completion.
• Managing some month-end close activities with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilizing NetSuite to carry out various accounting tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Regularly performing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Proficiency in NetSuite software is essential for this role.
• Applicants must have experience in reviewing backlog of Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
• Expertise in Equity recons is required.
• The ability to manage Journal Entry tasks is a must.
• Experience in performing Month-end Close Activities is crucial.
• Applicants must also be able to assist in Audit Prep activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is a prerequisite.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
