Key Responsibilities:
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and capabilities for the impacts from the new requirements.
- You will document the changes in the systems, assess the business model and its integration with technology, gather and synthesize information, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Additionally, you will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions.
- You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Retirement Planning Services is required. Atlassian JIRA with intermediate proficiency, along with Business Process Design with intermediate proficiency, are recommended.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the organization's processes and systems.
- Assess the current state and identify customer requirements.
- Design the future state and/or business solution.
- Collaborate and manage the team to ensure high performance.
- Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems.
