Quality Assurance Manager
Quality Assurance Manager - Responsible for leading the internal quality team to support operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for internal quality improvements
Lead activities that will aid in the reduction of internal defects
Lead and mentor all supervisors, area leaders and team members
Participate in Continuous Improvement Events and Corrective Action Programs
Monitor quality performance metrics
Monitor quality performance metrics by gathering relevant data
Bachelor's degree and Black Belt Certification preferred
salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
