Salary $290,000 - $400,000 + Benefits + Bonus & Paid Relocation to the USA Mid-west
Our client is a leader in the food manufacturing industry, and they are looking for a Champion to bring new ideas to the table. We are assisting them with a great opportunity for a Research & Development Vice President who has experience with food manufacturing.
In this role, this candidate will have full leadership responsibility for research & development
and accountability for the overall performance and results, including a focus on developing solutions for company brands and customers across the commercial network. Lead a team of scientists and researchers to innovate, develop, and improve products.Partner with CI team and corporate to ensure the R&D strategy aligns with priority initiatives and is focused on value-added opportunities. You will play a critical role in shaping product offerings and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.
Salary $290,000 - $400,000 PLUS Bonus and excellent big company benefits with a paid relocation package to a BEAUTIFUL AREA of the Mid-western USA!
Minimum requirements for this R&D VP position:
Undergraduate degree in food science, biology, chemistry, marketing, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
At least 15 years progressive R&D, industry experience in both B-to-B and B-to-C environments, or related experience coupled with 6+ years of management experience that involves leading senior management and a significant and/or multiple areas
Financial analysis, P&L management, negotiation, commodity, and value-added food ingredients experience.
