Responsibilities:

• Manage complex fund bookings, reconciliations, and distributions
• Lead quarterly close processes for multiple fund entities
• Handle distribution and capital call calculations, including notice letters
• Apply LPA terms with expertise in carry waterfall and expense allocations
• Support annual audits and resolve technical accounting issues
• Oversee cash management and projections
• Collaborate with third-party administrators
• Address inquiries from deal and compliance teams
• Respond to limited partner information requests
• Prepare quarterly and annual LP customized schedules
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in VC/PE clients or in-house
• Strong track record in financial tasks: bookings, reconciliations, closings, distributions, and audits
• Key traits: intelligence, strong work ethic, attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of partnership accounting under US GAAP
• Collaborative team player who drives growth
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Investran experience is a plus
