We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Detail Oriented Administrative Assistant based in Irvine, California. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks including data entry, customer service, and managing inbound and outbound calls.
This role requires working onsite.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer service inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Process and manage data entry tasks with precision.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointment setting as required.
- Manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Operate Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Organize and set up conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Handle the procurement and management of office supplies.
- Assist in tax preparation process as needed.
- Compile and manage binders with relevant information and documents.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Services industry.
- Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls.
- Demonstrated abilities in providing excellent customer service.
- Proficient in data entry tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in managing email correspondence in a business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a business school will be a plus.
