We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist II in Hanover, Maryland, United States. This role entails managing various human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas, analyzing HR data, and making recommendations to management.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas.
  • Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and make recommendations to management.

  • Experience in managing employee relations is required.
  • Knowledge of performance management strategies and techniques is essential.
  • Must possess creativity and innovative thinking in HR solutions.
  • Experience in talent management and succession planning is necessary.
  • Knowledge of worker's compensation procedures and practices is required.
  • Experience in QA management will be an advantage.
  • Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is required.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications is required.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Relevant HR certification will be an added advantage.
