Job Description
  • Project Leadership: Direct and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration among architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns throughout the project.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
