Program Coordinator
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Program Director and working closely with the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for the logistics and administrative functions of the Bronfman Center’s events, educational programs, special initiatives, and other global innovative projects within the Bronfman Center for Jewish Life.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with production and evening event coverage, secure and file releases from talent, submit talent guest lists, and welcome talent upon arrival.
- Support the Associate Director to liaise with backstage and submit necessary paperwork and stage assets in advance, as well as troubleshoot last minute changes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to disseminate all marketing materials for talent and internal-team use.
- Coordinate logistics with the House Manager for any pre or post talk receptions or book signings.
- Create room setups for all necessary events and coordinate with our facilities team to ensure they are executed properly.
- Liaise with the Box Office to pull patron lists and insights for the Bronfman Center for Jewish Life.
- Process honoraria, invoices, expense reports, coordinate with bookseller, and follow-up to return and credit accounts, work with building services to secure spaces and setups for the Bronfman Center for Jewish Life.
- Act as a central point of contact for the Bronfman Center for Jewish Life, promptly and courteously receiving, handling, and responding to inquiries as well as taking and passing on of messages within the departments. Arrange for car services, hotel, and other speaker logistics.
- Perform other program and production related duties as requested or assigned.
Experience, Education, & Skills Desired:
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous administrative experience within an event and/or stage production environment.
- Previous experience working in a Jewish and Zionist environment.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and experience of using databases.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, with keen attention to detail and proven excellent time management skills.
- Capability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the mission and goals of 92NY.
Work Environment & Requirements:
40 hours per week. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Evening and weekend hours will be needed to assist with the Bronfman Center for Jewish Life programming schedule.

Compensation Range
$45,000 - $55,000
The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
