Requirements

"Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue for a DTC brand
• Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach potential customers effectively
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive in the market

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns for DTC brands
• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other relevant social media advertising tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Availability for 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate project needs
• Understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies
• Familiarity with the CET timezone and ability to work within this schedule"
