Account Manager

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Account Manager in the manufacturing industry, located in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The workplace is designed to foster growth and development, while providing the opportunity to work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with both current and potential customers
• Provide product advice and technical support to customers
• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders
• Ensure accurate information entry into the company databases
• Constantly strive to improve quality results by following company standards and suggesting improved processes
• Develop quotations in line with company policy and based on collected information from customers or partners
• Contribute to achieving department and organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests
• Recommend related and new items to customers, explaining their technical features in compliance with the company's ethical policy
• Stay updated on changes, new products, and developments in the company and the industry
• Work closely with various departments such as Operations, CAD, Shipping, Sales, Finance, and Management
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Must be proficient in Inside Sales
• Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls effectively
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of managing large client portfolios
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales applications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
