Responsibilities- Record and document inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions.
- Identify defects or irregularities in fabric, such as weaving inconsistencies, stitching issues, and color variations.
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Verify that fabric rolls are properly labeled and meet order specifications before shipping.
- Use a variety of inspection tools and equipment (e.g., measuring tapes, microscopes, colorimeters) to check fabric quality.
- Maintain and update inspection records, reports, and databases.
- Monitor environmental factors in the production area (e.g., temperature and humidity) that may affect fabric quality.
Ability to operate forklift / hilo machinary.
