Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. You will be in charge of processing payroll, maintaining data, and handling various administrative tasks in our Engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
- Execute payroll processes for a variety of pay groups.
- Assist in tracking workers across multiple states.
- Handle visa verification and maintenance tasks.
- Create and manage reports related to payroll and workforce.
- Enter relevant data into reports.
- Verify employment status and details for all employees.
- Carry out certified payroll duties.
- Use large payroll software packages to manage payroll data.
- Utilize Excel for tasks such as vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
- Handle payroll for a medium-sized company with a couple hundred employees, including multistate workers.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with UKG
- Knowledge of Ceridian
- Proficient with Crystal Reports
- Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
- Familiarity with About Time software
- Understanding of Accounting Functions
- Auditing skills
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
