• Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the daily training activities of residents.
• Transporting residents to community activities as requested.
• Assisting in monitoring, documenting health and safety of residents, including administration of medications.
• Helping to maintain a safe and respectful residential environment.
• Assisting in community activities as required
• Assisting in food preparation, serving, and or feeding residents as needed.
• Overall functioning of residents, home, and coordination of all documentation.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 1 year of preferred experience in care-giving, direct personal care, nursing, home health care, or experience in the care, training, rehabilitation, and support of individuals with intellectual needs.
• Driving experience
• 1 year of DSP experience preferred
