Front Coordinator Corodinator

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills, and can seamlessly switch between English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal use of company resources.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk and reception area.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Assist with translating documents and communications between English and Spanish.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient office operations.
• Address and resolve basic customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Customer service-oriented attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach.
