Responsibilities:
Assists physicians during cardiac cath procedures, pacemaker/ICD insertions, electrophysiology, and other miscellaneous procedures by operating the physiologic / hemodynamic monitoring computer and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures.Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:- Education/Experience:
- 1 year prior Interventional experience (Cath/Radiology) OR
- 2 years prior diagnostic lab experience (Cath/Radiology) OR
- Associates Degree in a Health Science Program OR
- Completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology with appropriate specialization)
- Certification a. ARRT OR b. RCIS in lieu of certifications
- Minimum of four (4) years recent experience in interventional cardiac cath lab and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
Work Hours:: 7a-5:30p and on call
Weekend Requirements:: No
