As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the architecture and design of our software systems while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team. Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading technical architecture and design discussions, driving the overall technical vision and strategy
- Overseeing the development process to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their technical growth and maturity
- Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements
- Driving the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring effective communication within the team
- Assessing and managing technical risks and providing solutions
- Continuously improving development processes through feedback and innovation
To qualify for this role, you will need to have:
- Extensive experience in software development with a strong foundation in C# .NET/.NET Core and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams of engineers
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure services
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with CI/CD practices
Desirable:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Ability to drive a positive team culture focused on continuous learning and improvement
- Experience working directly with international teams
- Knowledge of software development best practices for security and performance optimization
- Experience in conduct code reviews and quality assurance practices
