Responsibilities include: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) are responsible for medication administration, phlebotomy, Electronic Medical Record documenation, intake process, work with provider to assist with patient visit, administer injections, perform ECGs, telephone triage, place orders and refill prescriptions at the Providers request.
Job Requirements:
- Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
