Attorney/Lawyer
A well-established South Bay law firm is looking for an attorney with at least three (3) years of real estate litigation and civil litigation experience. Our clients are real estate investors and real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will need to have strong skills in research, writing, courtroom presentation, the ability to communicate with clients, and technology use.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience in real estate litigation and civil litigation.
Experience handling depositions, discovery, law, and motion practice is required – unlawful detainer experience is a plus.
Experience with lending and real estate transactions is also desirable, but not necessary.
Knowledge of lending, title, escrow, and other real estate issues would serve an applicant well.
A desire to handle trial work is essential, and training will be provided.
