We are seeking four Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialists to support an Intelligence Community.Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of business and mission analytics efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsor’s strategy aligned accordingly
- Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
- Strategic Planning – support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities
- Performance Management – ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics
- Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements
- Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials
- Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences
