Workday HRIS Analyst

ERPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst for a direct customer in New York City. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of HRIS experience and must have worked on a full lifecycle Workday Implementation.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HRIS/HCM system experience. Workday experience required.
  • Previous experience configuring one or more of the following Workday modules: Benefits, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Talent & Succession
  • Strong understanding of system design, configuration, and administration.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
