Pay: $100.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Flexible Hours – Work Your Way:
- Weekday Hours: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Weekend Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)

- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Professional Experience:
- 2+ years’ clinical experience as a New York Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- At least 1 year of mentoring, training, or clinical guidance experience
- Familiarity with adult or geriatric populations, home care, or individuals with disabilities is highly valued
- Backgrounds in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Psychiatry, or Geriatrics preferred
- Licensure:
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- New York Medicaid ID (or willingness to obtain)
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned region

Pay Details: $100.00 per hour
