  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Capable of providing substantial answers to client inquiries
  • Experienced in Answering Inbound Calls
  • Able to handle Billing Functions efficiently
  • Capable of performing Clerical Duties efficiently
