Winding Team Lead

We’re looking for a Winding Team Lead to manage a team of operators in the filament winding process, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate your team during filament winding operations.
  • Set up and operate winding machines, ensuring proper application of resin and glass fiber.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
  • Keep accurate records of machine operations, maintenance, and production.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with FRP materials and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime and handle fiberglass-related materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous machine operator or leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with resins, accelerators, and catalysts.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
