Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor in Burlington, Vermont! This role in onsite / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Type: Direct Hire – Full time with client
Schedule: Full time hours, occasional evening and/or weekends required

Pay: $105,000 to $125,000 per year

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner Supervisor:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing staff and clinic assistants.
  • This role is critical in fostering a collaborative, innovative, and positive clinic culture, supporting both student health and staff development.
  • The Nurse Supervisor will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and effective clinic operations, while promoting an inclusive environment for all students and staff.
  • This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ordering and administering diagnostic tests
  • Assure that health education is provided with each encounter when applicable.
  • Assist in the development of Standards of Care for the medical department.
  • Provide required federal and states ambulatory patient care data on appropriate forms.

Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner Supervisor:

  • Active and unrestricted Family NP Certification
  • NP license in Vermont, or eligible is required
  • Two to four years of NP experience
  • Current CPR certification
