Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join a leading biotech company. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit complex reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage budgets, expense reporting, and purchasing processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and oversee office operations, including facility management, supply ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with planning and executing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting executive leadership.
  • Experience working in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
