We are in search of a Customer Service Representative I to be a part of our team situated in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The primary role will involve managing customer inquiries and ensuring their resolution in a timely manner. The industry of work is Manufacturing, and the job function includes maintaining customer accounts, processing payments, and providing relevant information to vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service through telephone and provide appropriate responses to their inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments made via phone.
- Update and maintain customer accounts regularly.
- Provide necessary information to vendors as required.
- Solicit and enroll customers into direct debit and email invoicing.
- Process maintenance journal requests and address changes.
- Handle requests for lease documentation and fee waiver.
- Perform account audits and reconciliation as necessary.
- Manage insurance cancellation requests and phone payments.
- Adjust grace periods and due dates.
- Process outside vendor requests and credit reference requests.
- Handle lease assignment requests and tax requests as appropriate.
- Proven experience in Customer Service is essential
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle Documentation with precision and attention to detail
- Experience in providing Training to team members or customers
- Familiarity with Invoice generation and Payment Processing
- Knowledge of Insurance policies and Auditing procedures
- Experience in performing financial Reconciliations
- Ability to interact professionally with Vendors
- Understanding of Credit management and Financial Notes
- Experience in handling Purchase Orders
- Basic understanding of Tax calculations
- Ability to work effectively in a Team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience in managing Customer Accounts
- Knowledge of Financial Services sector would be a plus
- Experience with Submission of reports and documents
- Experience in a Call Center environment would be advantageous
- Willingness to work Onsite at the manufacturing facility
- Understanding of Debit and Credit transactions
- Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
- Excellent Written Communication skills
- Ability to Maintain Relationships with clients and stakeholders.
